I-SEC to secure Heathrow Terminal 4

There will be a new security force in place at London Heathrow’s new Terminal 4 building starting in March. I-SEC, as subsidiary organization of the international security provider ICTS will fulfill security duties for three US airlines that will operate from the new Heathrow facility.

The contract for the job will last three years, and though the names of the American airlines that will be utilizing the I-SEC security force, it is safe to assume that they will head up ground operations for the three US airlines that will make Heathrow Terminal 4 their new home at the airport; Continental Airlines, Delta Airlines and US Airways.

An I-SEC spokesperson said that the duties of the company as security enforcers would 'integrate security services with state-of-the-art technology, to provide a seamless passenger flow-through while at the same time improving customer service, reducing manpower and lowering operational costs. This new operation, in addition to the other European locations being served by I-SEC, marks a vote of confidence from our airline clients and an additional important step in the expansion of I-SEC activities throughout Europe.'
