easyJet has announced the launch of a new service from Robin Hood Airport to Geneva, which will commence later this year.
Easily accessible from the UK's major motorways, Robin Hood Airport provides excellent car parking facilities for people wishing to use the new service.
In a major boost for the new airport, the popular low-cost airline will make Robin Hood its tenth UK destination as it launches a new route aimed at skiers.
From December 15th flights will be departing to the Swiss city daily, which serves as a great base to those going skiing in the Alps and fares from £29.99 one way, or £54.98 return including taxes.
The airport boasts varied customer facilities, including a large spacious onsite car park, with room for 2,500 cars, conveniently located adjacent to the terminal building.
For disabled drivers there is a specially designated parking area that is closer to the terminal building and the car park is secure, well lit and monitored 24 hours a day.
Ray Webster, chief executive of the airline explained that customers living close to the Airport would now have the 'convenience' of flying locally.
'With the proven desire by people in the region to fly from Robin Hood Airport, 250,000 passengers in the first 12 weeks of operation, we are hopeful that this will be the first of many easyJet services to come to the airport,' added Robin Hood managing director David Ryall.
