How to get to Stansted Airport

Directions: From the M11 - Exit the motorway at Junction 8a if you are travelling from the south, or Junction 8 if you are traveling from the north. Take the A120 and follow signs for Stansted airport. At the Priory Wood roundabout take the third exit staying on the A120 Thremhall Avenue, and get into the left hand lane. Take the slip road signposted for the airport terminal. Follow the signs for Short Stay Car Park.

Arrival and Departure Procedures

Arrival Procedure: Since this is a meet and greet service, you will be met directly outside your departures terminal at the terminal set down point. You will need to call the car park phone number provided in your confirmation email 30 minutes before arriving at the airport. On arrival at Stansted airport you must enter the Red Short Stay Car Park, which is situated to the front of the main terminal on Terminal Road South. An Ultimate driver will meet you at the canopied walkway entrance to the terminal. Providing you have called them 30 minutes before pre-booked arrival time as instructed above, they will inspect your vehicle for any damage and issue a numbered “return vehicle document”. Should you arrive outside of this time window they may charge you an extra £20.

Departure Procedure: On your return call the car park on the phone number provided in your confirmation email from the baggage hall to alert the driver of your arrival. Then proceed back to the Red Zone Arrivals area in the Short Stay car park where you will be met by Click / Ultimate driver with your car. You will be asked to sign the same copy of the Condition Report given to you at arrival. Once you are happy you will be given you keys for you to exit the car park. You will need £2 to exit the car park.

Security of your Vehicle

Security: Your car will be stored in a secure gated car park close to the airport. This car park has security fencing and monitored by CCTV. 

Important Information: Please remove all keys from your keyring other than vehicle keys.

The maximum vehicle size that the meet and greet operator accepts is 5 seater. This operators does not accept lorries, vans, commercial vehicles, trailers and six plus seater vehicles.
