How to get to Stansted Off Site Parking

Directions: From the M11 - Exit the motorway at Junction 8a if you are travelling from the south, or Junction 8 if you are traveling from the north. Follow signs for the terminal. The Stansted Hilton is clearly signposted.

Transfers

Transfer Time: Free transfers operate daily every half hour between 04:15 to 00:45 on the hotel bus. Outside these hours Pink Elephant will transfer you in their own transport.

Arrival and Departure Procedures

Arrival Procedure: Simply drive to the Hilton hotel car park. Take your booking reference to one of the Pink Elephant parking staff members who will handle your check in. If you arrive in good time enjoy a complimentary drink in the hotel and then catch the hotel bus to the airport.

Departure Procedure: On your return follow signs for the Coach Station and Stand 30. Then catch the Hilton Bus back to the Hotel which runs every half hour from 04:30 to 01:00. Collect your keys from the Car Park office who will issue an exit ticket and direct you to your vehicle.

Security of your Vehicle

Security: This car park has CCTV, floodlighting and security fencing and is barrier controlled.

Important Information: Hotel buses run from 04.15 to 00.45 from the hotel and 04.30 to 01.00 from the airport. Outside these times Pink Elephant will transfer customers in their own mini-buses.

* Drink vouchers are limited to either 2 cups of normal tea, coffee or a soft drink only which includes Coke, Diet Coke and Lemonade.
