You still get to park your car and keep your keys while you are away. Transfers operate 24 hours a day, every 15 - 20 minutes, and take approximately 10 minutes.

How to find Stansted Airport Parking Long Stay
Directions: From the M11 - Exit the motorway at Junction 8a if you are travelling from the south, or Junction 8 if you are traveling from the north. At the roundabout, follow signs for Stansted airport. At the next roundabout take the first exit, following signs for the long stay car park. Go straight on at the next roundabout, go past the Hilton hotel and take the next turning on the left into the long stay car park.

Transfers
Transfer Time: Transfers operate 24 hours a day every 15 - 20 minutes, taking approximately 10 minutes.
The car park operates three transfer buses which are all colour coded and transfer from just one area of the car park. The colour of your ticket indicates the correct car park area so just make sure you catch the right colour bus (red, yellow or blue) when travelling back to the car park.
Arrival and Departure Procedures
Arrival Procedure: This car park operates an Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) system, so please make sure that you enter the correct vehicle registration when making your car park booking. At the entry barrier your registration number will be recognised and a ticket will be printed showing your booking reference, which should take about 15 seconds. The barrier will then lift. If the barrier doesn’t give you a ticket within 15 seconds, press the help button. Then all you need to do is park your car and transfer to the airport. Make a note of the zone and the nearest bus stop.
Departure Procedure: To transfer back to the car park catch the correct colour coded bus. To exit the car park, insert your entry ticket into the machine at the barrier. Your number plate will be read and the barrier will lift automatically. If your ticket does not have your booking reference printed on it above the barcode, show your ticket and your booking confirmation to a parking attendant, or press the call button on the exit barrier for help.
Please Note: Do Not insert a credit or debit card at the exit barrier as you will be charged again at the standard gate rate.

Security at Long Stay Parking Stansted
Security: This car park is manned 24 hours a day with CCTV, floodlighting and security fencing and frequent patrols by security vehicles.
This car park has been awarded the Park Mark® for Safer Parking. The Park Mark® means that you are parking in a car park that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment. Park Mark® awarded parking areas are run by responsible operators who are concerned with your safety and the safety of your vehicle.
Disabled Facilities: Yes the courtesy buses are wheelchair accessible. Parking bays for Blue Badge holders are in Zone Q. Then use the help points at the bus stops to request a pick-up when you want to transfer to the terminal.
