How to get to Stansted Airport

Directions: From the M11 - Exit the motorway at Junction 8a if you are travelling from the south, or Junction 8 if you are traveling from the north. Take the A120 and follow signs for Stansted airport. At the Priory Wood roundabout take the third exit staying on the A120 Thremhall Avenue, and get into the left hand lane. Take the slip road signposted for the airport terminal.

Arrival and Departure Procedures

Arrival Procedure: Since this is a meet and greet service, you will be met directly outside your departures terminal. You will need to call the car park phone number provided in your confirmation email 10 minutes before arriving at the terminal. One of their Meet and Greet operatives will give you instructions and directions to the drop off point. Kings Parking may also attempt to contact you using the details as recorded on your original booking form so please ensure that any mobile number given at booking stage is the one you use on your day of travel.

Departure Procedure: On your return call the car park on the phone number provided in your confirmation email from the baggage hall to alert the driver of your arrival. Then proceed back to the Red Zone Arrivals area in the Short Stay car park where you will be met by a Kings/Comstrad driver with your car. Please note that car park tickets are only valid for 15 minutes so do proceed to the car park as soon as you have contacted Kings.

Your Meet and Greet operative may ask to see proof of booking and/or ID to ensure they return the car to the rightful owner.

Security of your Vehicle

Security: Your car will be stored in a secure car park close to the airport. This car park has security fencing and monitored by CCTV. The site has regular security patrols.

Important Information: Please note Kings only provide their meet and greet service between 04:00 until 23:55 daily. This service does not operate between midnight and 4.00am.

Please remove all keys from your keyring other than vehicle keys.

Any changes made to your booking within 24 hours of arrival will be subject to a £25 fee.

The maximum vehicle size that the meet and greet operator accepts is 5 seater. This operators does not accept lorries, vans, commercial vehicles, trailers and six plus seater vehicles.
