How to get to Stansted Airport

Directions: From the M11 - Exit the motorway at Junction 8a if you are travelling from the south, or Junction 8 if you are traveling from the north. Take the A120 and follow signs for Stansted airport. At the Priory Wood roundabout take the third exit staying on the A120 Thremhall Avenue, and get into the left hand lane. Take the slip road signposted for the airport terminal. Once at the terminal head for the Red Short Stay Car Park, which is situated to the front of the main terminal, here a uniformed representative will meet you at the canopied walkway entrance to the terminal.

Arrival and Departure Procedures

Arrival Procedure: Since this is a meet and greet service, you will be met directly opposite the terminal in the Red Short Stay Car Park. Once you have entered the car park continue to the canopied walkway entrance to the terminal, where you will be met by a DriveFly driver who will be wearing a black jacket with their Drivefly company logo on it. They will inspect your vehicle for any damage and issue a numbered "return vehicle document" which you MUST KEEP until your return.

You will need to call the car park phone number provided in your confirmation email 20-30 minutes before arriving at the terminal.

Departure Procedure: On your return call the car park on the phone number provided in your confirmation email from the baggage hall to alert the driver of your arrival. You will be instructed to proceed to the collection point just outside the terminal where your car will be waiting at the pre-arranged pick-up point.
