How to get to Norwich Airport

Directions: From A140 & A11 - Head north out of the city along the A140. At the airport crossroads, turn into Amsterdam Way towards the airport. At the first roundabout head straight over, staying on Amsterdam Way. From here follow signs to the Short Stay car park.

Arrival and Departure Procedures

Arrival Procedure: Since this is a meet and greet service, you will be met in the Short Stay Car Park just 50 metres from the main terminal building. You will need to call the car park phone number provided in your confirmation email 20 minutes before arriving at the terminal to ensure they have a driver ready to meet you. As you enter the Short Stay car park collect a ticket at the barrier, and proceed to the drop-off/pick-up point in the car park. Present your entry ticket to the driver, who will be holding a board displaying the Drop and Go Parking logo.

Please Note - Norwich Airport only allows five minutes free of charge to drop off and pick up in the Short Stay car park, so please ensure you have made the driver aware of your arrival time. Please also make them aware if you have a disability as they will then suggest you park in one of the disabled bays.

Departure Procedure: On your return you will need to call Drop and Go Parking on the phone number provided in your confirmation email from the baggage hall to alert the driver of your arrival. You will be instructed to proceed to the Short Stay Car Park just outside the terminal where your car will be waiting.
