Jet Parks 1 and 2 car parks, (formerly Airparks Gold and Carminder 2) is conveniently located opposite Terminal 2 and runs transfers to all three terminals taking just 5 minutes. Jetparks is the official on airport car park operated by Manchester Airports Group. You can use either Jetparks car park 1 or two and when you get there you can park your own car and you get to keep your keys.

Arrival and Departure Procedures

Location: On Airport

Arrival Procedure: Quote your reference number to the attendant, who will open the barrier for you, then proceed into the car park to park your vehicle. Then catch the free transfer bus to the terminals.

Departure Procedure: From the airport: Follow exit signs and make your way out of the arrivals lounge. Follow signs for Manchester Airport Car Parks bus stops. JetParks buses leave from bus stop 5 and service both JetParks 1 and JetParks 2. Drive to the exit and the on-site attendant will lift the barrier and allow you to exit the car park.

Security at Jet Parks 1 and 2 Manchester

Security: This car park is manned 24 hours a day with CCTV, floodlighting and security fencing, manned security barriers on entry and exit and frequent patrols by security vehicles.

Disabled Facilities: Disabled bays are available for Blue Badge holders.

How to find JetParks 1 & 2

Directions:

From Junction 5, M56 - Leave the M56 (J5) and follow signs to Terminal 2. Take the slip road, then take the first left off the roundabout. After 75 yards turn left into Thorley Lane. Jet Parks 2 is 300 yards on the right, and Jet Parks 1 is 500 yards on the left.

Driving from east Midlands and south east England - Follow M67 until it joins M60 sign posted Manchester airport. Follow M60 to Junction 4 and join M56 sign posted Manchester airport. Leave the M56 (Junction 5) and follow the directions above.

Driving from north east England and eastern Scotland - Take the M62 westbound to Junction 18 and join the M60, sign posted to Manchester airport. Follow the M60 to Junction 4 and join the M56 sign posted Manchester airport. Leave the M56 (Junction 5) and follow the directions above.

Driving from north west England and western Scotland - Take the M6 south exit at Junction 20 then follow signs for the M56 sign posted Manchester airport. Leave the M56 (Junction 5) and follow the directions above.

Driving from north Wales and Liverpool - Take the M56 east towards Manchester airport. Leave the M56 (Junction 5) and follow the directions above.

Driving from west Midlands and south west England Take the M6 north and leave at Junction 19, follow the signs for the M56 Manchester airport. Continue along the A556, then join the M56 to Manchester airport. Leave the M56 (Junction 5) and follow the directions above.

Other Information: We recommend that you should allow at least 30 minutes to check in and transfer to the Airport.
