Transfer Time: Transfers operate 24 hours a day on demand to all terminals taking just 5 minutes. The tranfers are free for the first 5 passengers per vehicle and then charged at £5 per person return.
Arrival and Departure Procedures
Location: Off Airport
Arrival Procedure: On arrival at the Car Park park in one of the car parking bays marked "CHECK IN". Unload your luggage and other passengers. You the driver will then be escorted by a staff member and shown to your parking bay. Return to reception where you and your passengers board the bus to the Airport which drops off at all three terminals.
Departure Procedure: From the airport: Follow exit signs and follow signs for Manchester Airport Car Parks bus stops. Catch the transfer bus back to the car park then collect your car and exit the car park.
Security at First Response Parking
Security: This award winning car park is manned 24 hours a day with CCTV, is well lit and has a single entrance gatehouse security barrier for entry and exit. The car park is completely surrounded with a 7ft High electric fence. There are regular security patrols with guard dogs.
This car park has been awarded the Park Mark® for Safer Parking. How to find Manchester First Response Parking
Address: First Response Parking, Styal Road, Manchester, M22 5LR
Directions:
From South West M6 - Leave the motorway at Junction 21. Turn right on roundabout towards A57 Irlam. After 2 miles at first traffic lights, turn right to (Lymm, Warburton, Toll Bridge). Continue for approx 1.3 miles over the Toll Bridge (costing 12p) to a T Junction. Turn left through Partington to Carrington, after approx. 3.5 miles look for "First Response Airport Parking" sign on right.
From North East M62 - From Leeds take the M62 towards Manchester. Continue on M62 which then becomes the M60 after Junction 18. (Do not leave at Junction 18 which is signed Manchester Airport). Follow M60 to Junction 8, leave motorway and follow A6144 to Carrington crossing 2 sets of traffic lights. 1 mile past second set look for "First Response Airport Parking" sign on right.
From North West M61 - Drive to the end of motorway where it converges onto a number of motorways. Follow signs for M60 Stockport (Not M60 Leeds). Follow M60 West/South to Junction 8, signposted Carrington. Follow A6144 to Carrington, drive over 2 sets of traffic lights, then after a further mile you will see the "First Response Airport Parking" sign on your right.
From South East M67 - Follow the motorway to the M60 Stockport. Stay on M60 all the way round South of Manchester until signs for Carrington (slip road begins immediately after Junction 6). Follow signs for Carrington A6144 until you arrive at a roundabout. At the roundabout turn left on to A6144 towards Carrington. Follow A6144 to Carrington, drive over 2 sets of traffic lights, then after a further mile you will see the "First Response Airport Parking" sign on your right.
Vehicle Restrictions: Vehicles over 2 metres high, 1.83 metres wide, or 4.8 metres long will be charged for two spaces. The second space charge will be collected at the car park.
Other Information: We recommend that you should allow at least 50 minutes to check in and transfer to the Airport. First Response Parking are not able to transport bicycles, snowboards, skis or disabled passengers with wheelchairs.
