Arrival and Departure Procedures

Location: Off Airport

Arrival Procedure: On arrival at the car park show your booking reference to the parking attendant who will then direct you to where you should park your car. You keep your car keys. Unload your luggage and then board the courtesy transfer bus to the airport.

Departure Procedure: From the airport: Follow exit signs and follow signs for Manchester Airport Car Parks bus stops. Catch the transfer bus back to the car park. Drive up to the exit barrier show your booking reference and then exit the car park.

Security: This car park is manned 24 hours a day with CCTV, floodlighting and 7ft high perimeter fencing. It also has a security barrier on entry and exit. The car park has frequent patrols by security staff.

Directions:

From South East - Follow the M67 on to the M60 towards Stockport. Stay on the M60 all the way round the south of Manchester until you see signs for Carrington (slip road begins immediately after Junction 6). Follow signs for Carrington A6144 until you arrive at a roundabout. Turn left at the roundabout onto the A6144 towards Carrington. Cross two sets of traffic lights, and one mile past the 2nd set look for the sign for Value Parking Manchester on the right-hand side (next to the budget airport parking sign).

From South West - Leave M6 Junction 21 and take the exit for the A57/Manchester Road - Irlam. After 2 miles, at the first set of traffic lights, turn right towards Lymm, Warburton, Toll Bridge. Continue for about 1.3 miles over the Toll Bridge costing 12p to the T-Junction. Turn left through Partington and proceed towards Carrington. After approximately 3.5 miles, look for the sign for Value Parking Manchester on the left-hand side (next to budget airport parking sign).

From North East - From Leeds take M62 Manchester. Continue on M62 which becomes M60 after Junction 18, (Do not leave at Junction 18 which is signed "Manchester Airport"). Follow M60 to Junction 8, leave motorway and follow A6144 to Carrington crossing 2 sets of traffic lights. 1 mile past second set look for sign for Value Parking Manchester on right (next to budget airport parking sign).

From North West - Follow M61 to the end of motorway where it converges onto a number of motorways. Follow signs for M60 Stockport (Not M60 Leeds) follow M60 West/South to Junction 8, signposted Carrington. Follow A6144 to Carrington, go over 2 sets of traffic lights, 1 mile beyond the 2nd set, look for sign for Value Parking Manchester on right (next to budget airport parking sign).

Vehicle Restrictions: Trailers are not accepted. Vans will only be permitted if they are under 2.4 metre height restriction, which applies to any vehicle and that it fits into a normal car parking space.
