How to find Short Stay Parking Inverness

Directions: From A96 - Follow the A96 (Inverness to Aberdeen Road) out of Inverness. DO NOT turn off at all and continue past the wood processing factory and Petty church (both on your left) until you drive through some woods, there will be a roundabout after the woods. Take the first exit left, signposted for the airport. Go straight across the next roundabout and at the third roundabout take the first exit left, heading round towards the airport. Follow the road round and at the fourth roundabout take the second exit straight into the airport. From here follow signs for Short Term parking.

Transfer Time: No transfers required since the short stay car park is situated next to the terminal building.

Arrival and Departure Procedures

Arrival Procedure: On arrival at the barrier take a ticket then park your car. To proceed to the terminal use the marked walkway. If you have heavy luggage or passengers not looking to walk to the terminal you can always drop them off first at the Short Stay car park, as parking there is free for the first twenty minutes.

Departure Procedure: On your return proceed to the information desk in the terminal with your car park entry ticket and your booking confirmation so your ticket can be validated. You must validate your ticket before you leave.

Information Desk Opening Times for validation During the winter (November-March) the terminal is open from 5am to 9.45pm from Monday to Friday, from 5.00am to 5.30pm on Saturdays and from 10.00am to 10.00pm on Sundays (When the last flight lands). You will not be able to validate your ticket outside these times.
During the Summer (April-October) the Terminal is open from 5.00am to 10.00pm from Monday to Sunday (When the Last flight lands). You will not be able to validate your ticket outside these times.

Security at Short Stay Parking Inverness

Security: This car park is manned 24 hours a day with CCTV, is well lit and has a security barrier on entry and exit. The car park has full security fencing surrounding the entire compound and there are also frequent patrols by security vehicles.

Disabled Facilities: There is a total of 19 spaces available, which are designated disabled person parking bays. However please note that disabled customers who hold a Blue Badge can book the Long Stay Car Park, but park in the Short Term Car Park, at the Long Stay Parking rates since the Short Stay is the nearest car park to the terminal. On your return you will be required to hand in your car park ticket and Blue Badge to the information desk in the terminal building, who will then validate their ticket so you can exit the car park.
