How to Get to Heathrow Airport

Directions:

Terminals 1 and 3

Exit the M4 at Junction 4 or the M25 at Junction 15 and follow signs for Heathrow Terminals 1 and 3.

Terminal 1: TW6 1AP - When exiting the tunnel, keep to the lane furthest left.Follow the sign for Terminal 1, Customer Arrival, Short Stay Car Park. After passing the ticket barrier, take the 2nd left to the ground level of the car park.Park your vehicle in Zone D.
Terminal 3: TW6 1QG - After going through the airport tunnel, follow the signs for Terminal 3 Short Stay Car Park. Enter the Short Stay Car Park and proceed to Level 5, and park in Zone A, which is near the lifts to Departures.

Terminal 4

If you're coming from the M4, leave at Junction 4b and follow the M25 south to Junction 14. Exit the M25 at Junction 14 and follow signs for Heathrow Terminal 4.

Postcode for satellite navigation: TW6 3XA - As you turn off the roundabout towards terminal 4, keep your car on the left-hand lane, going up the ramp towards terminal 4 drop-off point. Park your car at the furthest drop-off lane from the terminal building. Here you will be greeted by one their chauffeurs, who will have all your booking details and will be wearing a black jacket. There is no additional charge to the customer for entering and exiting the car park.

Terminal 5

The terminal is on the Western Perimeter Road and has its own separate access road. If you're coming from the M4, exit at Junction 4b and follow the M25 south to Junction 14. Exit M25 at Junction 14 and follow the sign directing you straight to the terminal.

Postcode for satellite navigation: TW6 2GA - Drive towards the pick-up and departure point which will direct you up the flyover. Keep on the right side of the ramp and follow signs for "Short stay Car Park" found on the right hand side of the ramp. Keep in the left-hand lane marked "Fast track Business Parking". Drive to the Barrier and take a ticket making your way to Zones L-M and park your vehicle. Here you will be met by one of their chauffeurs, who will have all your booking details and will be wearing a black jacket. There is no additional charge to the customer for entering and exiting the car park.

Arrival and Departure Procedures

Arrival Procedure: Since this is a meet and greet service, you will be met directly outside your departures terminal by a driver. You will be called 20-30 minutes before your pre-booked time to confirm your arrival and ensure your chauffeur is waiting for you at the designated pick up point - see above. (If you do not receive a telephone call, please ring the car park on the number provided in your confirmation email.)

Departure Procedure: On your return call the car park on the phone number provided in your confirmation email from the baggage hall to alert the driver of your arrival - after you have cleared customs. You will be instructed to proceed to the collection point just outside the terminal where your car will be waiting at the pre-arranged pick-up point.
