How to Get to Heathrow Airport

Directions:

Terminals 1 and 3

Exit the M4 at Junction 4 or the M25 at Junction 15 and follow signs for Heathrow Terminals 1 and 3.

Postcodes for satellite navigation:

Terminal 1: TW6 1AP - Drive up the ramp to Departures in the left lane, then follow the road around to the left, down onto the lower section. The chauffeur will meet you here.

Terminal 3: TW6 1QG - Drive to the second or third lane outside the Departure building. Please be aware you will have to pay £2.50 on your way out to exit the short stay car park at T3.

Terminal 4

If you're coming from the M4, leave at Junction 4b and follow the M25 south to Junction 14. Exit the M25 at Junction 14 and follow signs for Heathrow Terminal 4.

Postcode for satellite navigation: TW6 3XA - Drive to the lane furthest outside the Departure building.

Terminal 5

The terminal is on the Western Perimeter Road and has its own separate access road. If you're coming from the M4, exit at Junction 4b and follow the M25 south to Junction 14. Exit M25 at Junction 14 and follow the sign directing you straight to the terminal.

Postcode for satellite navigation: TW6 2GA - Drive towards the pick-up and departure point. As you go up the ramp, follow the signs for the Short Stay Car Park, but keep in the left-hand lane marked "Fast Track Business Parking". Drive to the barrier and take a ticket, then proceed to Zone L-M, where you will be met by your Drive Fly driver.

Arrival and Departure Procedures

Arrival Procedure: Since this is a meet and greet service, you will be met directly outside your departures terminal, see above for directions to each terminal. You will need to call the car park phone number provided in your confirmation email 30 minutes before arriving at the terminal. Drive directly to your departing terminal, where the driver will be waiting to collect your car.

Departure Procedure: On your return call the car park on the phone number provided in your confirmation email from the baggage hall to alert the driver of your arrival. You will be instructed to proceed to the collection point just outside the terminal where your car will be waiting at the pre-arranged pick-up point within 10 - 15 minutes.

If using Terminal 3 - Exit the arrivals area through the barriers, turn right and follow signs to Short Stay Car Park 3. Turn right before the exit, and then take the lifts on the left hand side up to Level 1. Exit lift, take a left and make your way through the glass tunnel. At the end of the tunnel, take the lifts in front of you up to Level 5 where the chauffer will meet you with your vehicle.

If you are travelling from/to Terminal 3 be aware you will have to pay £2.50 on your way out to exit the short stay car park.

Security of your Vehicle

Security: Security: This car park is manned 24 hours a day with CCTV, floodlighting and security fencing and frequent patrols by security vehicles.

Disabled Facilities: This service is suitable for disabled clients. Please mention when confirming.

Important Information: No lorries, caravans or mobile homes are permitted.

Please note this service is only available if pickup and return times are between 04:00 and 23:30. However there is a charge of £20.00 that will be applied for arrivals between 04:00 (the earliest arrival at the car park) and 05:00. The £20.00 charge is payable to the car park on arrival.
