How to Get to Heathrow Airport

Directions:

Terminals 1 and 3

Exit the M4 at Junction 4 or the M25 at Junction 15 and follow signs for Heathrow Terminals 1 and 3.

Terminal 4

If you're coming from the M4, leave at Junction 4b and follow the M25 south to Junction 14. Exit the M25 at Junction 14 and follow signs for Heathrow Terminal 4.

Terminal 5

The terminal is on the Western Perimeter Road and has its own separate access road. If you're coming from the M4, exit at Junction 4b and follow the M25 south to Junction 14. Exit M25 at Junction 14 and follow the sign directing you straight to the terminal.

Arrival and Departure Procedures

Arrival Procedure: This will depend on the service booked.

If you have chosen the Premium Parking then drive to the Quality Parking Undercover Car Par. Transfer by courtesy coach to the ternminal.

Or

If you have chosen the full meet and greet service then drive directly to the airport terminal where you will be met by a Quality Parking driver. You will need to call the car park phone number provided in your confirmation email 20 - 30 minutes before arriving at the terminal.

Departure Procedure: For either service - On your return call the car park on the phone number provided in your confirmation email from the baggage hall to alert the driver of your arrival. You will be instructed to proceed to the collection point just outside the terminal where your car will be waiting at the pre-arranged pick-up point.

Security of your Vehicle

Security: This underground car park is manned 24 hours a day with CCTV and high security fencing, security barriers on entry and exit and frequent patrols by security vehicles.

This car park has been awarded the Park Mark® for Safer Parking. The Park Mark® means that you are parking in a car park that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment. Park Mark® awarded parking areas are run by responsible operators who are concerned with your safety and the safety of your vehicle.

Maximum Car Size: There is a height restriction of 2.15 metres, which includes roof racks and roof boxes.

Disabled Facilities: This service is suitable for disabled clients. Please mention when confirming.
