Quality Airport Parking (formerly Q-Park) is an undercover multi-storey car park less than a mile from the airport. It offers transfers to all terminals taking between 5 - 10 minutes 24 hours a day. How to find Quality Parking

Directions: From M4 - Exit the motorway at Junction 3. Follow A312 towards Hounslow/Feltham. At the roundabout turn right onto A4 (Bath Road) towards Terminals 1, 2 & 3. Quality Airport Parking can be found approx. 1 mile down the A4 on your left, next to the Premier Inn.

From M25 - Exit at Junction 15 and join the M4 towards London. Then follow the directions above from the M4.

Transfers

Transfer Time: Transfers operate 24 hours a day to and from all terminals on demand taking approximately 5-10 minutes.

Arrival and Departure Procedures

Arrival Procedure: On arrival you should park outside the reception in the arrivals area, unload and check in. Hand over your printed confirmation or quote your booking reference, and hand in your car keys. Your car will be parked for you whilst you transfer to the terminal on their courtesy coach.

Departure Procedure: On your return and once you have cleared customs, simply call Quality Parking on the number given to you on arrival at the car park, giving your name and booking reference number. You will be told which bus stop you should go to for transfer to the car park. Collect your keys from reception and you car will be ready in the returns area.

Security at Quality Parking

Security: This car park is manned 24 hours a day with CCTV, floodlighting and security fencing and frequent patrols by security vehicles.

This car park has been awarded the Park Mark® for Safer Parking. The Park Mark® means that you are parking in a car park that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment. Park Mark® awarded parking areas are run by responsible operators who are concerned with your safety and the safety of your vehicle.

Maximum Car Size: There is a height restriction of 2.15 metres, which includes roof racks and roof boxes.

Disabled Facilities: There are disabled facilities at this car park, however Quality Parking also offer a Meet and Greet service where you can drive directly to the airport terminal and be met by a representative of Quality Parking who will drive your car back to their car park.

Other Services: Quality Airport Parking can carry skis and snowboards on their transfer buses but are unable to take bicycles.

Other Information: We recommend that you should allow 25 minutes before your check in to allow time to park and be transferred to the Airport.
