Purple Parking Meet and Greet Heathrow

 

Purple Parking have been parking cars at Heathrow for over 25 years. They offer a Meet and Greet service where you will be met by one of their fully insured drivers at your airport terminal and then drive it to their secure car park while you are away. On your return the car will be brought back to the airport for collection.

How to Get to Heathrow Airport

Directions:

Terminals 1 and 3

Exit the M4 at Junction 4 or the M25 at Junction 15 and follow signs for Heathrow Terminals 1 and 3.

Postcodes for satellite navigation:

Terminal 1: TW6 1AP - Follow signs for Terminal 1 Drop-Off, you will drive up a ramp staying in the Left-Lane. Just follow it round to Departures drop-off lower section. They will meet you and collect the car from there.

Terminal 3: TW6 1QG - Follow signs for Terminal 3 Departures. There are 2 Drop-Off lanes outside the Departures. They will meet you and collect the car from there.

Terminal 4

If you're coming from the M4, leave at Junction 4b and follow the M25 south to Junction 14. Exit the M25 at Junction 14 and follow signs for Heathrow Terminal 4.

Postcode for satellite navigation: TW6 3XA - Follow signs for terminal 4 departures, drive up the ramp staying in the left-lane, once you arrive there please park in the furthest lane away from the terminal. They will meet you and collect the car from there.

Terminal 5

The terminal is on the Western Perimeter Road and has its own separate access road. If you're coming from the M4, exit at Junction 4b and follow the M25 south to Junction 14. Exit M25 at Junction 14 and follow the sign directing you straight to the terminal.

Postcode for satellite navigation: TW6 2GA - Follow signs for Short-Stay passenger pick-up. Then stay in the far left lane which is Fastrack. Follow Fastrack into the car park. Take a ticket and drive round to Row L. They will meet you and collect the car from there. You don't pay any car park charges.

Arrival and Departure Procedures

Arrival Procedure: Since this is a meet and greet service, you will be met directly outside your departures terminal by a driver who will be wearing a black jacket and cap with a Purple Parking ID tag. You will need to call the car park phone number provided in your confirmation email 24 hours before arriving at the terminal.

Please note this car park charges a no-show fee of £25.00 for non-arrivals, late arrivals and cancellations. The driver will wait 15 mins only at the terminal at the requested time. Failure to meet after that duration will incur a £25.00 fee. So if you think you will be delayed make sure you call.

Departure Procedure: On your return call the car park on the phone number provided in your confirmation email from the baggage hall to alert the driver of your arrival. You will be instructed to proceed to the collection point just outside the terminal where your car will be waiting at the pre-arranged pick-up point.

Security of your Vehicle

Security: This car park is manned 24 hours a day with CCTV, floodlighting and security fencing and frequent patrols by security vehicles.

Disabled Facilities: This service is suitable for disabled clients. Please mention when confirming.

Important Information: No lorries, caravans or mobile homes are permitted. There is a height restriction at the car park of 2.4 metres (or 7.5 feet) due to a tunnel on the approach to the car park. Vans are okay as long as they can get through the tunnel.

This service operates from 03.30 to 23.59 so please note NO service BEFORE 03.30AM
