How to find Purple Parking

Directions: From the M25 - Exit motorway at Junction 15 and follow M4 signposted to London.

From the M4: Exit motorway at Junction 3 and follow A312 north signposted to Hayes and Western International Market. After 500 yards at the first roundabout turn right by Tesco in the direction of Southall onto Hayes Road.

From A40M: Follow A312 south signposted to Hayes. After two roundabouts and an underpass turn left at the next roundabout by Tesco in the direction of Western International Market/Southall onto Hayes Road.

From Hayes Road: Go past Western International Market and after about 500 yards go straight over a mini-roundabout. The road bears to the left over a canal. Brent Road is on the left at the next mini-roundabout, by the used car lot. Purple Parking is at the very end of Brent Road after bearing right at the International Trading Estate.

Transfers

Transfer Time: Free transfers operate 24 hours a day to and from all terminals every 10 to 15 minutes. Taking 15 minutes. Please note that there is a reduced service between 00:00 and 04:00.

Arrival and Departure Procedures

Arrival Procedure: On arrival at Purple Parking you should park outside the reception area and check in. Present your printed confirmation or quote your booking reference, and hand in your car keys. Your car will be parked for you whilst you board the courtesy minibus to any of the terminals.

Departure Procedure: On your return once you have cleared customs, simply call Purple Parking on the freephone number given to you on check-in and you will be collected from a designated bus stop. Return to reception and you car will be ready for you.

Security at Click Park

Security: This car park is manned 24 hours a day with CCTV, floodlighting and security fencing and frequent patrols by security vehicles.

This car park has been awarded the Park Mark® for Safer Parking. The Park Mark® means that you are parking in a car park that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment. Park Mark® awarded parking areas are run by responsible operators who are concerned with your safety and the safety of your vehicle.

Maximum Car Size: There is no maximum size of vehicle however there is a a low bridge on entry which means that nothing over 7'6" high can be accepted. Trailers are charged as an additional 2 days parking.

Disabled Facilities: Purple Parking have special arrangements for disabled passengers. Please telephone them direct after booking for further detais.

Other Information: We recommend that you should allow 45 minutes to check in and transfer to the Airport. Transfer coaches are unable to transport large items such as windsurfing boards, bikes or items of a similar size.
