How to find Long Stay Parking at Heathrow Airport
Directions: From the M4 - Exit the motorway at Junction 4. Follow the signs for Heathrow airport and then the signs for long term parking. This will take you to the Northern Perimeter Road. Stay on this road, which will become the Eastern Perimeter Road. Follow the signs to the car park.
From the M25 - Follow the signs for Heathrow airport and then the signs for long term parking. This will take you to the Northern Perimeter Road. Stay on this road, which will become the Eastern Perimeter Road. Follow the signs to the car park.

Transfers
Transfer Time: Transfers operate 24 hours a day to terminals 1 - 3 every 10 -12 minutes, taking approximately 7 - 15 minutes depending on time of day between 04.45 and 23.45. An on request service operates outside these hours.
Arrival and Departure Procedures
Arrival Procedure: This car park operates an Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) system, so please make sure that you enter the correct vehicle registration when making your car park booking. At the entry barrier your registration number will be recognised and a ticket will be printed showing booking reference, if instead it says 'cashier', you should report to customer services on your return. Take the ticket then the barrier will open and follow signs to the zone indicated. Make a note of the zone and the nearest bus stop.
Departure Procedure: To transfer back to the car park from terminal 1, go to the Long Stay courtesy coach pick-up point and catch the Long Stay bus. Passengers flying into terminal 3 should go to bus stop 17.
To exit the car park, insert your entry ticket into the machine at the barrier. Your number plate will be read and the barrier will lift automatically. If your ticket has 'cashier' printed on it, report to the customer service office by the exit.
Security at Long Stay Parking Heathrow
Security: This car park is manned 24 hours a day with CCTV, floodlighting and security fencing and frequent patrols by security vehicles.
This car park has been awarded the Park Mark® for Safer Parking. The Park Mark® means that you are parking in a car park that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment. Park Mark® awarded parking areas are run by responsible operators who are concerned with your safety and the safety of your vehicle.
Maximum Car Size: Maximum size of vehicle must fit within a car parking space, however trailers are accepted at the cost of an extra vehicle.
Disabled Facilities: Yes there are low floor buses with wheelchair spaces. There is also a BAA help bus available if requested in advance.
Other Services: Free jump start and wheel change assistance can be provided if required.
Other Information: We recommend that you should allow at least 30 minutes to check in and transfer to the Airport.
