Official Valet Parking Heathrow

 

Official Valet Parking Heathrow is operated by BAA and APCOA who provide a quality meet and greet service for all Heathrow terminals. On arrival at the airport you will be met by staff at the designated drop-off points on the terminal forecourts. Whilst you are away your car with be parked in a BAA approved secure car park. When you fly back simply return to the terminal forecourt to collect your car.

How to Get to Heathrow Airport

Directions:

Terminals 1 and 3

Exit the M4 at Junction 4 or the M25 at Junction 15 and follow signs for Heathrow Terminals 1 and 3.

Terminal 1: TW6 1AP - Proceed up the departure ramp and stay in the left hand lane, the Valet Parking office is located at the end of this slip-road on the left with a 30 bay parking area. Park here and report to the office where you will be booked in and a damage check of your vehicle will take place. The departure area is a two minute walk. There is no need to call the driver before you arrive at the airport.

Terminal 3: TW6 1QG - Proceed toward departures staying in the far right lane, the Valet office is situated at the end of this lane with five parking spaces reserved. Park here and report to the office where you will be booked in and a damage check undertaken. From here the departure area is a two minute walk.There is no need to call the driver before you arrive at the airport.

Terminal 4

If you're coming from the M4, leave at Junction 4b and follow the M25 south to Junction 14. Exit the M25 at Junction 14 and follow signs for Heathrow Terminal 4.

Postcode for satellite navigation: TW6 3XA - Drive to Valet reception in the first lane of the Departure (upper) forecourt. Follow the signs for Valet Parking, upper level, in the third lane from the terminal building. Park in one of the dedicated bays and report to reception. There is no need to call your driver before arriving at the airport.

Terminal 5

The terminal is on the Western Perimeter Road and has its own separate access road. If you're coming from the M4, exit at Junction 4b and follow the M25 south to Junction 14. Exit M25 at Junction 14 and follow the sign directing you straight to the terminal.

Postcode for satellite navigation: TW6 2GA - Follow the signs for Terminal 5 Departures to the upper forecourt, signposted Valet Parking. Follow the concourse to the end, where there are 10 allocated parking bays to your left. Park your car and report to reception.

Arrival and Departure Procedures

Arrival Procedure: Since this is a meet and greet service, you will be met directly outside your departures terminal. Folow the directions above driving directly to your terminal.

Departure Procedure:

Terminal 1: Go up to Departures area of the building. Exit the building and go down the ramp to reception, where your car will be waiting.

Terminal 3: Once you have cleared customs call 0208 976 9611. Follow the signs through the exit doors and your car will be in the lane adjacent to the bus stops.

Terminal 4: Once you have cleared customs call 0208 976 9612. Exit the Arrivals building taking the 3rd lane. Turn right and reception is at the end on the right-hand side.

Terminal 5: Your car will be waiting for you at the valet parking reception on the terminal forecourt.

Security of your Vehicle

Security: The BAA approved secure car parks are manned 24 hours a day with CCTV, floodlighting, security fencing and frequent patrols by security vehicles.

Disabled Facilities: This service is suitable for disabled clients. Please mention when confirming.

Important Information: Heathrow Official Valet Parking will only accept customers arriving between the hours of 05.00 and 23.00, 7 days a week.
