Directions: Heathrow is situated close to two motorways - the M4 and the M25.

From M40 : Join M25 at junction 16. From M25, leave motorway at junction 15 to join M4 and leave M4 at junction sign posted London Heathrow Airport, Terminals 1,2&3.

From M4: Follow directions as above for M4.

Then head straight for the airport terminal you are departing from.

Distance to Airport: You drive straight to the airport terminal. A driver will meet you at the Terminal you have specified and will then drive your car to a secure car park.

Heathrow London Airport Parking Procedure at Meteor Meet and Greet

Arrival Procedure: You must call CPS on the number given on your booking form as soon as possible after the booking has been made and no later than 7 days before arriving at the airport. The information they require is: name, Your booking reference, car details, flight numbers and times, and terminal of departure. They will confirm all arrangements with you and advise of any supplements payable. (e.g Bank Holiday dates, and out of hours etc - see below in other info) On the day of departure, drive to your departure terminal where an uniformed chauffeur is waiting to take your car to the car park. Your exact meeting point will be advised by CPS when booking is reconfirmed.

Departure Procedure: Your car will be waiting at the terminal for you on your return.

Meteor Meet and Greet Car Park Information

Parking Spaces: 2050

Opening Period: 365 days 24 hours a day

Minimum Stay: 3 days

Maximum Car Size: Maximum size of vehicle must fit within a car parking space of 20ft, if a trailer fits within this space aswell as the car that will be possible otherwise you will be charged for 2 vehicles. No mobile homes, lorries or caravans are permitted even if multiple spaces are booked.

Disabled Facilities: This service is ideally suited for disabled clients. However please mention when re-confirming with CPS.

Security: Cars are parked in a secure compound, manned 24 hours a day, fully fenced and floodlit with 24 hour patrols and CCTV.

Other Services: Car valet and cleaning service and car servicing is available and can be booked direct with CPS subject to availability.

Other Information: We recommend that you should allow 10 minutes to check in and transfer to the Terminal.
CPS make additional charges for certain days and times as follows: Christmas day £25, Boxing day and New Years Day £18, all other Bank Holidays £13. 0500 - 0600 and 2200 - 2329 £13, 0130 - 0359 £20, 2330 - 0129 and 0400 - 0459 £16. Limited times may be available on certain bank holidays, CPS will confirm these on re-confirmation. All the above charges are payable direct to CPS, by debit or credit card, and will be collected on re-confirmation.
