How to find Heathrow Long Stay Terminal 5

Directions: From the M4 - Exit at Junction 4 and follow signs to Terminal 5 and Long Stay Parking. Turn right onto the Northern Perimeter Road. The car park is located on the left-hand side.

From the M25 - Exit at Junction 14A and follow signs for Terminal 5 and Long Stay Parking. Turn left into the Western Perimeter Road. The car park is on the right-hand side, on the Northern Perimeter Road.

Transfers

Transfer Time: Transfers operate 24 hours a day to terminal 5 every 10 minutes, taking 5 - 7 minutes between 05.30 and 23.30. An on demand service operates outside these hours.

Arrival and Departure Procedures

Arrival Procedure: This car park operates an Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) system, so please nake sure that you enter the correct vehicle registration when making your car park booking. At the entry barrier your registration number will be recognised and a ticket will be printed showing your registration and booking reference, then the barrier will open. Go to the zone indicated on your ticket. If you experience any difficulties, press the call button for help.

Departure Procedure: Transfer back to the car park from terminal 5, go to courtesy bus stop and wait for the transfer bus back to the car park.
Drive to the the exit barrier and insert the ticket you were issued upon entry. The barrier will open and you my proceed to exit. If your booking reference is not printed on your ticket or you experience any difficulties, please press the call button for assistance.

Security at Long Stay Parking Heathrow

Security: This car park is manned 24 hours a day with CCTV, floodlighting and security fencing, security barriers on entry and exit and frequent patrols by security vehicles.

This car park has been awarded the Park Mark® for Safer Parking and the AA/Police Gold Award the highest award a car park can hold. The Park Mark® means that you are parking in a car park that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment. Park Mark® awarded parking areas are run by responsible operators who are concerned with your safety and the safety of your vehicle.

Maximum Car Size: Maximum size of vehicle must fit within a car parking space. There are no height restrictions in place and the largest vehicle they can accommodate is a transit van or a 16-seat minibus.
If the vehicle takes up more than one space, the car park may charge for 2 spaces. No commercial vehicles are allowed.

Disabled Facilities: Disabled customers may park in the parking bays for Blue Badge holders near the bus stops. The transfer buses are wheelchair-accessible.

Other Information: We recommend that you should allow at least 20 minutes to check in and transfer to the Airport.
