How to find Heathrow Long Stay Terminal 4

Directions: From M4 - Exit at Junction 3 and follow signs for A312 Heathrow and Feltham. Continue along the A312, drive through one set of traffic lights and drive for approximately 1 mile until reaching the Waggoners roundabout. Continue to the Junction with the A30 and turn right. Pass through two sets of traffic lights and take the Terminal 4 slip road which will be on the left. The car parks are signposted from this point. As you approach the Terminal 4 roundabout stay in the left hand lane and follow the slip road onto the dual carriageway. At the next junction turn left and Long Stay Terminal 4 Parking will be on the right hand side.

From M25 - Exit at Junction 14 and follow signs to Terminal 4 along Airport Way (A3113). At the next roundabout / traffic light junction go straight across onto the Southern Perimeter Road. Cross the next roundabout and travel through three sets of traffic lights, on reaching the next roundabout continue straight ahead. Long Stay Terminal 4 Parking will be on the right, across the dual carriageway.

Transfers

Transfer Time: Transfers operate 24 hours a day to terminal 4 every 8 minutes, taking 7 minutes between 05.00 and 23.00. An on demand service operates outside these hours.

Arrival and Departure Procedures

Arrival Procedure: At the entry barrier, the machine will print a ticket showing your car registration number. Take the ticket and drive to the zone indicated. Make a note of the zone and the nearest bus stop.

Departure Procedure: To transfer back to the car park from terminal 4, go to bus stop 3 and wait for the transfer bus back to the car park.
Drive to the customer services office next to the exit to have your ticket validated before you leave the car park.

Security at Long Stay Parking Heathrow

Security: This car park is manned 24 hours a day with CCTV, floodlighting and security fencing, security barriers on entry and exit and frequent patrols by security vehicles.

Maximum Car Size: Maximum size of vehicle must fit within a car parking space. There are no height restrictions in place and the largest vehicle they can accommodate is a transit van or a 16-seat minibus.
If the vehicle takes up more than one space, the car park may charge for 2 spaces. No commercial vehicles are allowed.

Disabled Facilities: Disabled customers may park in the dedicated bays next to reception. Although the transfer buses do not have disabled access if you require assistance boarding the bus, please advise a member of staff upon arrival at the car park and alternative arrangements will be made for you.

Other Information: We recommend that you should allow at least 30 minutes to check in and transfer to the Airport.
