How to Get to Heathrow Airport

Directions:

Terminals 1 and 3

Exit the M4 at Junction 4 or the M25 at Junction 15 and follow signs for Heathrow Terminals 1 and 3.

Postcodes for satellite navigation:

Terminal 1: TW6 1AP - Drive up the ramp to Departures in the left lane, then follow the road around to the left, down onto the lower section. The chauffeur will meet you here.

Terminal 3: TW6 1QG - Drive to the second or third lane outside the Departure building.

Terminal 4

If you're coming from the M4, leave at Junction 4b and follow the M25 south to Junction 14. Exit the M25 at Junction 14 and follow signs for Heathrow Terminal 4.

Postcode for satellite navigation: TW6 3XA - Drive to the lane furthest outside the Departure building.

Terminal 5

The terminal is on the Western Perimeter Road and has its own separate access road. If you're coming from the M4, exit at Junction 4b and follow the M25 south to Junction 14. Exit M25 at Junction 14 and follow the sign directing you straight to the terminal.

Postcode for satellite navigation: TW6 2GA - Drive towards the pick-up and departure point. As you go up the ramp, follow the signs for the Reserve Valet Parking which is located on level 4 of the car park. No parking fee is incurred using this service, as this is taken care of by Knights of London.

Arrival and Departure Procedures

Arrival Procedure: Since this is a meet and greet service, you will be met directly outside your departures terminal, see above for directions to each terminal. You will be called by Knights of London 20 - 30 minutes before arriving at the terminal to confirm your estimated time of arrival and arrange where to meet you. Drive directly to your departing terminal, where Knights Parking driver will be waiting to collect your car.

Departure Procedure: On your return call the car park on the phone number provided in your confirmation email from the baggage hall to alert the driver of your arrival. You will be instructed to proceed to the collection point just outside the terminal where your car will be waiting at the pre-arranged pick-up point within 10 - 15 minutes.

Security of your Vehicle

Security: Security: This car park is manned 24 hours a day with CCTV, floodlighting and security fencing and frequent patrols by security vehicles.

Disabled Facilities: This service is suitable for disabled clients. Please mention when confirming.

Important Information: Please note this service is only available if pickup and return times are between 04:00 and 23:30.
