Arrival Procedure: A fully insured driver will meet you on the departures level and will identify you by your car registration.
Departure Procedure: On your return to Heathrow,once you have collected your luggage,please phone the number on your confirmation, or the number on your confirmation, from the baggage claim area,quoting your reservation number, to confirm you are ready for collection. Vehicles will be returned to Departures.
