How to find Heathrow Business Parking T5

Directions: From M4 at Junction 4 follow signs towards terminal 5 and Business Parking T5. Turn right onto the Northern Perimeter Road. Business Parking T5 is located after the second roundabout on the right hand side. From M25 Exit at Junction 14 following signs to the airport and then signs for terminal 5 and Business Parking T5. Turn left into Western Perimeter Road. Business Parking T5 is on the left on the Northern Perimeter Road.

Transfers

Transfer Time: The shuttle bus runs to terminal 5 every eight to ten minutes between 5.00am and 11.30pm. Outside these times transfers are on request when you use the intercom at the bus stops.

Arrival and Departure Procedures

Arrival Procedure: This car park operates an Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) system, so please make sure that you enter the correct vehicle registration when making your car park booking. At the entry barrier your registration number will be recognised and a ticket will be printed showing your registration and booking reference, then the barrier will open. Go to the zone indicated on your ticket. If you experience any difficulties, press the call button for help.

Departure Procedure: Transfers from the airport are located outside the valet parking office marked Business Parking. Catch the grey transfer bus from the airport back to the car park and collect your car. If your ticket has your booking reference printed on it, drive to the exit and insert the ticket into the barrier. If your ticket does not have your booking reference on it, go to the customer service exit lane and show the ticket, quoting your booking reference.

Security at Heathrow Business Parking

Security: This car park is manned 24 hours a day with CCTV, floodlighting and security fencing and frequent patrols by security vehicles.

This car park has been awarded the Park Mark® for Safer Parking. The Park Mark® means that you are parking in a car park that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment. Park Mark® awarded parking areas are run by responsible operators who are concerned with your safety and the safety of your vehicle.

Maximum Car Size: Maximum size of vehicle must fit within a car parking space. MPVs are ok but no minibuses or panel sided vans.

Disabled Facilities: Parking bays for Blue Badge holders are situated near entrance. Wheelchair access on courtesy coaches.
