Budget Meet and Greet Parking Heathrow

On your return the car will be brought back to the airport for collection. Your car will be parked in a secure car park near Heathrow with 24 hour staff patrols, floodlighting for added visibility at night, high security fencing and CCTV cameras installed across the compound.

How to Get to Heathrow Airport

Directions:

Their chauffeur, wearing a black jacket, will meet you outside departures in the car lane-

If Terminal 1, Lower/left section of Departures.

If Terminal 4, 3rd lane outside Departures.) Important - Your chauffeur will wait up to 15 minutes after the meeting time but will wait longer if you have telephoned to say you are running late.

For Terminal 5: Drive up the ramp towards Departures. Bear right at sign for 'Short Stay and Passenger Pick Up'. Drive under the height restriction arm, keep left and follow sign for 'Fast Track'. At entrance barrier take a ticket (don't worry, there will be nothing to pay). Once inside follow arrows on road to 'Row L' where the Chauffeur will meet you and take your parking ticket.

Terminals 1 and 3

Exit the M4 at Junction 4 or the M25 at Junction 15 and follow signs for Heathrow Terminals 1 and 3.

If you're coming from the M4, leave at Junction 4b and follow the M25 south to Junction 14. Exit the M25 at Junction 14 and follow signs for Heathrow Terminal 4.

Terminal 5

The terminal is on the Western Perimeter Road and has its own separate access road. If you're coming from the M4, exit at Junction 4b and follow the M25 south to Junction 14. Exit M25 at Junction 14 and follow the sign directing you straight to the terminal.

Arrival and Departure Procedures

Arrival Procedure: Since this is a meet and greet service, you will be met directly outside your departures terminal. You will need to call the car park phone number provided in your confirmation email 30 minutes before arriving at the terminal. Drive directly to your departing terminal, where Budget's driver will be waiting to collect your car. The chauffeur will be wearing a black jacket.

Please note this car park charges a no-show fee of £25.00 for non-arrivals, late arrivals and cancellations made within one hour of the pre-booked meet time. So if you think you will be delayed make sure you call.

Terminal 1: The chauffeur will meet you on the lower/left section of Departures.

Terminal 3: The chauffeur will meet you outside departures in the car lane.

Terminal 4: The chauffeur will meet you outside departures in the 3rd car lane from the terminal building.

Departure Procedure: On your return call the car park on the phone number provided in your confirmation email from the baggage hall to alert the driver of your arrival. You will be instructed to proceed to the collection point just outside the terminal where your car will be waiting at the pre-arranged pick-up point.

Security of your Vehicle

Security: This car park is manned 24 hours a day with CCTV, floodlighting and security fencing and frequent patrols by security vehicles.

Disabled Facilities: This service is suitable for disabled clients. Please mention when confirming.

Important Information: No lorries, caravans or mobile homes are permitted. There is a height restriction at the car park of 2.4 metres (or 7.5 feet) due to a tunnel on the approach to the car park. Vans are okay as long as they can get through the tunnel.
