How to get to Gatwick Airport

Directions: From M25/M23: Leave the M25 and join M23 for Gatwick Airport. Exit the M23 at Junction 9. At 1st roundabout with traffic lights take 2nd exit towards the airport. For South Terminal turn left at next roundabout and follw the signs. For North terminal at roundabout go straight over, following signs to North Terminal at next roundabout.

South Terminal: RH6 0RN - The drop-off point is on Level 2 of the South Terminal Short Stay RED car park. The height restriction for this service is 2m (6ft 6in).

North Terminal: RH6 0PJ - The drop-off point is on the third floor of the North Terminal Short Stay car park. The height restriction for this service is 1.8m (6ft) and a width restriction of 2.4m (7ft 10in).

Arrival and Departure Procedures

Arrival Procedure: There is no need to call in advance of your arrival when using the Official Valet Parking South or Official Valet Parking North.

South Terminal: Follow the signs for the South Terminal. After entering the 30mph speed limit zone, follow the signs for "South Terminal Short Stay RED car park". Proceed to level 2 of the car park and then check in at the Valet reception office.

North Terminal: Follow signs for the North Terminal then follow the signs for "North Terminal Short Stay car park". Proceed to level 3 and then check in at the Valet reception office.

Departure Procedure: On your return call the valet staff from the arrivals hall. Your car will be ready for you back at the reception where you originally left it.

Security at Gatwick Official Valet Parking

Security: Your car will be stored in an award winning car park that is manned 24 hours a day with CCTV, floodlighting and perimeter fencing and frequent patrols by security staff.

The car park will have been awarded the Park Mark® for Safer Parking. The Park Mark® means that you are parking in a car park that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment. Park Mark® awarded parking areas are run by responsible operators who are concerned with your safety and the safety of your vehicle.

Disabled Facilities: This service is suitable for disabled clients, but note that adapted vehicles cannot be accepted for safety reasons.
