Maple Manor Meet and Greet Parking (LGW) Car Park Information
Maple Manor Parking is a family business that has been operating for over 20 years. They offer a Meet and Greet service where you drive straight to the airport terminal. You will be met by one of Maple Manor’s chauffeurs. All drivers are aged Over 25.
Your car will be checked and the printed booking confirmation and car keys should be given to the chauffeur. Customers’ cars will be parked in a well-secured compound just 4 miles from Gatwick Airport.
Drop offs are available at both South Terminal and North Terminal. On your return your vehicle will be delivered to you at the same spot where you were met on arrival.
Directions: Exit the M25 at Junction 7 onto the M23 towards Brighton. Continue for approx 10 minutes then exit M23 at Junction 9. For South Terminal turn left at the first roundabout it is clearly signposted. For North terminal go straight ahead at the first roundabout following signs for the North Terminal.

Distance to Airport: You drive straight to the airport terminal. A driver will meet you at either South or North terminal and will then drive your car to a secure car park.
Gatwick Airport Parking Procedure at Maple Manor
Arrival Procedure: Please call Maple Manor from 8am to 8pm, 24 hours after booking made to confirm exact details.
On arrival at the airport follow the directions below for either South or North terminal. You will be met by a uniformed driver who will check your car, collect your e-mail booking confirmation and take the keys. Your car will be driven to a secured compound. You proceed direct to check in.
SOUTH TERMINAL: As you drive into the main entrance to Gatwick South Terminal keep to the offside lane and do not go up to the upper level. Follow signs for arrivals, as the road bends to the right you will see the car rental building on your left. There is a waiting area opposite this building. This is where you are met. Look out for a driver with a Maple Manor board. NORTH TERMINAL: As you drive into the main entrance to Gatwick North take the middle lane. Do not go to the upper level. Follow the signs for cars only (marked with a car sign on the road surface). Drive to the other end of this road where you will be met outside the car rental building. Look out for a driver with a Maple Manor board. You can call Maple Manor on 07801 142165 when you are on the M23 to re-confirm they are waiting for you.
Departure Procedure: On your return call Maple Parking on the number given to you at check-in then proceed to arrivals following signs for car rental. Your car will be delivered for you to drive home at the same place you were met on arrival.

Maximum Car Size: Maximum size of vehicle must fit within a standard car parking space. No mobile homes, vans, lorries, caravans or trailers are permitted.
Disabled Facilities: This service is ideal for the disabled since you drive direct to the airport terminal but Maple Manor cannot drive specially adapted vehicles but otherwise welcomes bookings from disabled customers.
Security: The car compound to which your car is taken is fully fenced and manned 24 hours a day.
Other Services: Car Valet Service option for only £9.95.
Other Information: We recommend that you should allow 10 minutes to check in and transfer to the Terminal.
If you are returning ahead of schedule please give Maple Manor Parking at least 24 hours notice so that they can ensure you car is ready. A 2.50 supplement for pick-up or drop-off from 00.00 until 06.30.
