Eco Parking Meet and Greet Gatwick Airport

 

Eco Parking Gatwick offer a Meet and Greet Parking service to passengers flying from both North and South terminals. For every booking they will arrange for a tree to be planted and will send you a certificate of proof of planting. Simply drive to the terminal and be met by one of Eco's friendly drivers who will drive your car to a secure car park while you are away and drop it back to you at the airport on your return.

How to get to Gatwick Airport

Directions: From M25/M23: Leave the M25 and join M23 for Gatwick Airport. Exit the M23 at Junction 9. At 1st roundabout with traffic lights take 2nd exit towards the airport. For South Terminal turn left at next roundabout and follow the signs. For North terminal at roundabout go straight over, following signs to North Terminal at next roundabout.

Arrival and Departure Procedures

Arrival Procedure: You will need to call Eco Parking on the phone number provided in your confirmation email 20 minutes before arriving at Gatwick. Then follow the directions below.

South Terminal: Follow the signs for the South Terminal. After entering the 30mph speed limit zone, follow the signs for "Passenger Drop Off". Drive under the terminal, go through both sets of traffic lights. Use both the right and left hand bays. An Eco driver will be waiting there for you.

North Terminal: Follow signs for the Sofitel hotel. All Gatwick North terminal Meet and Greet pick-ups and drop-offs occur in Northway Road. Northway Road is located in front of the Sofitel hotel - it's also on the same road as the Short Stay car park. Customers should follow the new signs to the drop-off and-pick up points.

Departure Procedure: On your return call the car park on the phone number provided in your confirmation email from the baggage hall to alert the driver of your arrival. You will be instructed to proceed to the collection point.

Security at Gatwick Eco Parking

Security: This car park is manned 24 hours a day with CCTV, floodlighting and perimeter fencing and frequent patrols by security staff.

Disabled Facilities: This service is suitable for disabled clients, but note that adapted vehicles cannot be accepted for safety reasons.

Other Information: Eco-Parking will not accept vehicles larger than a Ford Transit short wheel based van. They do not accept trailers. All vehicles without a valid tax disc covering the return date and vehicles with illegal tyre tread depth or those that are unfit to drive safely will also be refused and you will have to make other arrangements to park your vehicle.
