How to find APH Gatwick

Directions:

From M23 - Leave the motorway at Junction 10, (not junction 9 for Gatwick). At Junction 10 take the A264 signposted East Grinsted. Continue on the A264 over 2 roundabouts. 3/4 mile past the 2nd roundabout turn right into a Shell petrol station. The entrance to APH is at the rear of the petrol station.

Transfers

Transfer Time: Transfers operate 24 hours a day taking just 10 -15 minutes to the North and South terminals.

Arrival and Departure Procedures

Arrival Procedure: On arrival park in the arrival bay and check into reception with your parking voucher or booking reference and keys. You will be checked in, your car will be parked for you and then the coach will take you directly to the terminal.

Departure Procedure: On your return call APH on the freephone number before you get to customs (the number will be given to you on arrival at APH before you depart), for your transfer back to the car park. Follow signs to courtesy coaches on the lower levels. At the car park go to reception and pick-up your keys. Your car will be waiting for you in the reception area.

Once you return to Gatwick APH make sure you have your vehicle receipt ready for arrival at reception to collect your car keys.

Security at APH Gatwick

Security: This car park is manned 24 hours a day with CCTV, is well lit and has a security barrier on entry and exit. The car park has full security fencing surrounding the entire compound and there are also frequent patrols by security vehicles.

This car park has been awarded the Park Mark® for Safer Parking. The Park Mark® means that you are parking in a car park that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment. Maximum Car Size: Trailers are not accepted and vans are only accepted if they fit into a normal parking space and are less than 2.4 metres high.

Other Information: We recommend that you should allow 30 minutes to check in and transfer to the Airport.

Please note that transfer coaches are unable to transport bikes, surfing/windsurfing boards or items of a similar size. Golf clubs are accepted.
