How to get to East Midlands Airport

Directions: From the North M1 - Exit the motorway at Junction 24 and follow the signs to East Midlands airport, taking the A453 for approximately half a mile. Turn right into the airport.

From the South M1 - Exit the motorway at Junction 23a and follow the signs to the airport.

From the West A50 - Follow A50 to Junction 24 then follow the signs to East Midlands airport.

Once you enter the airport after the traffic lights turn left at the first roundabout, then straight over the next two roundabouts. Follow signs for Short stay car park

Arrival and Departure Procedures

Arrival Procedure: Since this is a meet and greet service, you will be met in the short stay car park opposite the terminal building by a Stress Free chauffeur. Park in one of the bays in Car Park C. You will need to call the car park phone number provided in your confirmation email 30 minutes before arriving at the terminal.

Departure Procedure: On your return call the car park on the phone number provided in your confirmation email from the baggage hall to alert the driver of your arrival. You will be instructed to proceed to the collection point just outside the terminal where your car will be waiting at the pre-arranged pick-up point in the drop-off car park. When you collect your vehicle upon returning from your holiday, there is a fee of £2.00 to exit the drop-off car park, which you are required to pay at the barrier.

Please Note: Don't call Stress Free Parking until you have cleared customs as the maximum stay in this car park is 10 minutes. If you stay over 30 minutes in the drop-off car park, you will need to pay the airport's standard fee to exit.

Security at East Midlands Prestige Parking

Security: This car park is manned 24 hours a day with CCTV, floodlighting and perimeter fencing and frequent patrols by security staff.

This car park has been awarded the Park Mark® for Safer Parking. The Park Mark® means that you are parking in a car park that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment. Park Mark® awarded parking areas are run by responsible operators who are concerned with your safety and the safety of your vehicle.
