How to find Airparks East Midlands

Directions: From the South M1: Exit the motorway at Junction 23a, and follow signs for East Midlands airport, (A453). Go past the main entrance to the airport, (traffic lights) and proceed straight on. Go straight over the next roundabout and turn right at the next set of traffic lights. After 120m turn left into Donington Park and Airparks Services is 180m on the left (signposted).

From the North M1: Exit the motorway at Junction 24 and follow the signs for East Midlands airport, (A453). Go past the airport main entrance, (traffic lights) and then follow the directions above.

From Birmingham M42: Exit the motorway at Junction 14, signposted Castle Donnington. Once you reach the top of the slip road, turn left. Follow the road to a T-junction, turn right and continue until you get to traffic lights. Turn left. After 120m turn left into Donnington Park, go through the security gate and Airparks is situated 180m on the left.

Transfer Time: Free transfers operate on demand 24 hours a day taking 8 minutes to the airport.

Arrival and Departure Procedures

Arrival Procedure: Enter the car park through the barrier and drive to the end of the arrival lanes, (clearly marked). Go to reception and hand in your printed confirmation (or quote booking reference) and your car keys, you will be given a receipt for your keys. Airparks staff will then park your car for you whilst you transfer to the terminal.

Please Note: Donington Park does hold events and races so please leave extra time on these days which can be chacked at www.donington-park.co.uk

Departure Procedure: Once through customs call Airparks East Midlands. They will then bring your car back to the terminal. Your vehicle can be collected in the car park opposite the arrivals area.

Security at East Midlands Airparks

Security: This car park is manned 24 hours a day with CCTV, floodlighting and perimeter fencing and frequent patrols by security vehicles.

This car park has been awarded the Park Mark® for Safer Parking. The Park Mark® means that you are parking in a car park that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment. Park Mark® awarded parking areas are run by responsible operators who are concerned with your safety and the safety of your vehicle.

Disabled Facilities: All the Airparks buses have access for disabled passengers.

Important Information: Airparks customers will be unable to take oversized items onto the transfer buses (skis, snowboards, bicycles, surfboards or other similar sized items). To avoid this, you can drop large items off at the terminal with a passenger and then drive your car to Airparks.
