How to find Airparks Cardiff
Directions: From the M4: Exit the motorway at Junction 33 and follow the A4232, signposted Barry and Cardiff airport. Take the first exit off the A4232, which is signposted Barry, Cardiff airport, A4050, A48 and Cardiff centre. At the roundabout take the third exit, signposted A4050, Barry and Cardiff airport. At the next six roundabouts follow signs for the A4050, Barry and Cardiff airport. At the seventh roundabout take second exit, again signposted A4050, Barry and Cardiff airport. Take the second exit at the eighth roundabout. At the ninth roundabout, take the first exit. The entrance to Airparks and the Sky Plaza Hotel is about 200 yards down the road on the right.

Transfers
Transfer Time: Free transfers operate every 30 minutes on the hour and at half past the hour. The bus takes just three minutes to reach the airport. However during the rush hour please allow some extra time.
Arrival and Departure Procedures
Arrival Procedure: When you arrive at Airparks Cardiff, park in one of the marked bays and make your way to the bus shelter. Here you will find the new self check-in kiosks. You can now try the fast track check-in service.
Please make sure you have your printed email confirmation or your booking reference to use with the self check-in kiosks. The system will guide you through your check-in. If you do need help, there will always be Airparks staff on hand to help you. Once you have checked in, all you need to do is drop your car key into the secured box, and board the bus. Your car will be parked for you while you transfer to the airport.
Departure Procedure: Once through customs proceed to Airparks Cardiff new drop off and collection point. Follow the pedestrian walkway and zebra crossings across the drop off lanes in front of the airport, and make your way down the steps to their bus stop and waiting shelter. The bus runs regularly and you should not need to wait any longer than 20 minutes.
Once at the car park, go to the check-out kiosk on the left hand side of the bus shelter. Using the key dispenser kiosk, scan the barcode on your key collection ticket. You will be told of where your car is parked and your car key will be dispensed. Please ensure you have your key collection ticket to complete the check-out process.
Security at Cardiff Airparks
Security: This car park is manned 24 hours a day with CCTV, floodlighting and perimeter fencing and frequent patrols by security vehicles.
This car park has been awarded the Park Mark® for Safer Parking. The Park Mark® means that you are parking in a car park that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment. Park Mark® awarded parking areas are run by responsible operators who are concerned with your safety and the safety of your vehicle.
Disabled Facilities: All the Airparks buses have access for disabled passengers and you will be dropped off and collected outside the terminal building.
Important Information: Airparks customers will be unable to take oversized items onto the transfer buses (skis, snowboards, bicycles, surfboards or other similar sized items). To avoid this, you can drop large items off at the terminal with a passenger and then drive your car to Airparks.
