Arrival Procedure: You must call Airparks on the number given on your booking form as soon as possible after the booking has been made to reconfirm. The information they require is: name, your booking reference, car details and flight numbers and times. They will confirm all arrangements with you and advise of any supplements payable. (e.g Bank Holiday dates, and out of hours etc - see below in other info) On the day of departure, drive to the departure terminal where a driver from Airparks will be waiting to take your car to the car park. Your exact meeting point will be advised by Airparks when booking is reconfirmed.

Departure Procedure: Once you have reached baggage re-claim call Aberdeen Airpark on the number given. Your car will then be returned to you outside the terminal as near to the exit doors as possible.
