In 2006 this establishment was drastically refurbished as the reputed Holiday Inn group became the new owner of the hotel. There are several interesting points situated within a short drive from the hotel such as the Windsor Castle, Heathrow Visitor Centre and the Airport Bowl.
This wheelchair accessible hotel features air-conditioned guest rooms which all have en-suite bedrooms. All of the comfortably furnished rooms also feature guest facilities that include: refrigerators, cable TV's, in-house movies, safety deposit lockers, trouser presses, mini-bars, iron and ironing boards, two phone lines, voice mail, coffee and tea making amenities and stereo equipment. The hotel allows pets and also provides designated amenities for disabled travellers. Non-smoking rooms are available along with a fine restaurant, a cosy Irish pub, babysitting services, car parking and modern supporting business features.
From the Heathrow terminals 1, 2 and 3 the Hoppa shuttle service departs regularly to the hotel. Between 05:30 and 23:00 passengers can make use of this transportation service. Terminal 4 does not provide this service. Instead travellers can reach the other terminals by the Heathrow Express, which departs every 15 minutes and is free of charge.
