There is a courtesy shuttle bus offering guests transfers to and from the airport should they require it. These services run from 06:00 until 22:00 and take just 10 minutes. You will need to book the service in advance. Getting to the hotel by road is relatively easy. You need to exit the M42 at Junction 6 and follow the signs for the Birmingham NEC. The hotel is signposted from here. It is possible to park at the hotel for free for up to 15 days; if you stay any longer, parking will be charged at a daily rate.
