If you are coming from outside, then you need to exit M2 at Junction and take A57 (at the first roundabout) and then A26 (at the second roundabout). At the next roundabout, go straight over and the hotel will be on your left hand side. Holiday parking is available, with drivers having the option of leaving their car there while they travel.
